Thread: Help me please

  1. #1
Recently my cydia disappeared completely from my phone. I have no idea why but i have spent the last month trying to get it back through all the methods i could find on google with no joy. Now my phone is starting to be a bit glitchy and i hoped someone on here could help me out. I am looking for a way to restore my phone or something. I have read lots of articles about semi restore and ssh-ing but ssh doesnt seem to work and i dont think semi restore would get my cydia back. Dont know if i can rejailbreak and i definitely dont want to lose my jailbreak. Is there anything i can do? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks

Sorry forgot to mention i have an iPhone 4S with ios 6.1

No. It was one of the things i am thinking of doing but wasnt sure if it was a good idea or if it would make things worse.

Don't think it would hurt anything I would try it and see let us know.

I have read a couple of things on google saying not to rejailbreak a jailbroken phone. But obviously i am running low on ideas and am going to have to try something risky at some point soon. Just wondered if there were any other options that other people knew of.
