Default iphone 5 giving blue screen and restarts
not sure if this has been resolved but i've been getting a blue screen sometimes green screen random while using my iphone 5 (6.1 jailbroken)

I thought i had way to many tweaks and found out about semi-restore, so i did the semi-restore but still. im gettign the blue screens and restarts randomly.

Not sure what else to do, i really do not want to do a full restore because i want to keep the jailbreak.

That's looking suspiciously like a hardware problem... unfortunately, I think the only advice I can offer is: attempt a DFU restore and see if that behavior persists. If it does, seek out an LCD and/or logic board replacement (Apple should cover this under warranty if you are within the warranty period).

I really hate to be the bearer of bad news, but... no. Unfortunately, if you restore, the only option at this time is 6.1.4.

yeah, i feared that... i tried Semi-restore and still get the same blue screens at random times..
im about to try iLEX and see how that goes, if still the same problems, definitely will just restore to 6.1.4 and see from there. -__-

    Thanks man.
