Need images available only on an iOS7 Backup
I currently have a backup phone that I'm using to test things with in the different Betas of iOS 7.
It's been downgraded to iOS 6.1.3 from iOS7 after an iOS7 iCloud Backup.
It currently has some images that I would like to recover from around April, but can't because they are all in an iOS 7 iCloud Backup.
There are no iOS 6 backups in iCloud.
There is only an iTunes backup from iOS 6 around February, which I had to install as a result when downgrading.
Since I already have an iPhone registered as a developer device, it won't let me register this other iPhone for some reason.
Therefore, in an attempt to get those pictures back from around April, when I try to upgrade to iOS 7 from an iOS 7 iCloud backup, I run into this error:
"We’re unable to complete your activation. This device is not registered as part of the iPhone Developer Program. If you are a member of the Program, please register your device in the iPhone Developer Program Portal."
Is there any way that I can get those pictures back without having to register this device as well?
Bottom Line: I need to recover images from an iOS 7 backup, but stuck on iOS 6 from a backup in February.

Over 700 views and not one comment of advice.
I just need to be able to download the iCloud backup from iOS7 and then use some forensics software to extract the photos. Problem is, I'm on a Mac and have only found a PC compatible software (EPPB)
