If I was to upgrade to the new firmware on my iPhone 5, would it erase all of the jailbreak items that I have put on the phone? Or should I delete all the themes, etc before I upgrade to the new firmware?

But, will it delete all of the jailbreak apps, themes, etc? I understand it'll delete the jailbreak. I just want to make sure the apps, themes, etc are not taking up space on my phone.

I just don't want any residual jailbreak stuff taking up space on my phone.
