Kind of confusing, so let me start here. Basically I have an iPhone 4 running 6.1.3 jailbroken with redsn0w as tethered. I downloaded a package from cydia that I'm guessing obviously isn't compatible with my phone, and now whenever I use redsn0w to boot, I'm stuck in a continuous loop with the apple icon. If i do a hard restart, my iPhone will boot as normal and I am not able to use Cydia or any other jailbroken apps.
Is there a way I can somehow SSH or get into Cydia to delete this package that is causing this problem? Everytime I try to SSH into my phone, I obviously can't because I'm only able to use my phone in the non-jailbroken state. Or is my only other option to completely restore?
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Have you tried entering Safe Mode on the tethered bootup (hold down the Volume Up button while the device is booting)? That should force-enable MobileSubstrate's failsafe, allowing you to access Cydia/SSH and delete whatever offending package(s) you may have installed.
