You cannot downgrade your firmware once it is updated but you can request from the tech not to update the firmware when u are given the refurbished replacement .

Ok so is there a way for me to try to restore my current phone without upgrading in iTunes to 6.1.4? I am running 6.1.2 now but if I try to restore it always asks me to upgrade.

I had my iphone 5 replaced at the apple store and they gave me one with 6.1.3 I do not think they had any left with 6.1.2. There is no way to downgrade, I have looked literally EVERYWHERE. I honestly dont even want my iphone if i cannot jailbreak it. I have been able to jailbreak every other iPhone I have had
