Apps that use Location Services all crash after jailbreak (iPhone 5, 6.1.2)
Hi guys I was hoping someone would be able to help me out on this issue.
Ever since I jailbroke my iphone 5, all applications that use location services including siri just keeps on crashing. I tried everything from restoring to restoring on different computers to jailbreaking as a new phone and it still would do the same.
And here is what the jailbreak did to my stock map app:

The road names like Highway 66 and 495 all turn to ???'s
Does anyone else experience these problems? My yelp, fandango, siri, and aroundme apps don't work anymore.
Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!

Well...definitely interesting... I'd start over again with restore, use stock maps app before u JB...make sure it's working first, along with any other apple app...if everything works, it's obviously a JB issue of some sort...perhaps some tweak or JB app is causing it...just JB it n don't add any apps n test again, if everything still works, add back one app/tweak at a time and test after each till u figure it out...

hi there, thanks for the input!
i should mention that the ???'s happen literally like 5 minutes after i jailbreak, with no tweaks, no new apps, and no sources installed
I did restore and all the apps work fine, it's after JB that any apps that uses current location feature crashes and so i can't even open my facebook anymore

Hi, Dashboard for Maps 1.4 stops AroundMe from working if location services for that app are turned on with my iPad 2 on iOS6.1. But it is fine on my iPhone 4 on iOS5.1.1

hi DC_Dave,
I never installed Dashboard for Maps 1.4 ever before lol so I don't think that's the issue..

Hi, it might be worth uninstalling AroundMe and other map apps
Or turn off all location toggles for your Apps, but leave the stock maps one on. If ok, turn the location toggles on one at a time to find your possible conflictLast edited by DC_Dave; 03-18-2013 at 10:01 AM.

Hi, maybe if you remove the 3 apps (My Yelp, fandango, aroundme) and try re-jailbraking with location services turned on? (Or off)
There is also a reset Location and Privacy button in the settings app under the general, reset sectionLast edited by DC_Dave; 03-18-2013 at 03:29 PM.

the problem still persists.... restoring, deleting the apps, resetting location settings all doesn't help!

Hi, sorry to here that, iOS6.1.3 is out so restoring to 6.1.2 will not be possible very soon!
Did you update OTA or within tunes? (OTA is not supported)
Check you have the latest iTunes and Evasi0n installed.
