Got kicked out of the apps few times before open the app

Hi all,

My iphone acts strange recently. it's 5.1.1 jailbreak, last few days when I launch the app up (any app) while it's loading up then I got kick out of the app to mainpage. I have to relaunch few times to get into the app. Anyone have similar problem? how to fix it? I did not install any new apps for long so I really don't know what cause this glitch.
What I did so far is hard reboot by holding Home + Power for 20 second, ran clearmy caches app but still not fix the problem

My guess is clean restore and start all over again, sorry
