Only if jailbroken before and with saved SHSH for 5.1.1

Like above said no shsh blobs you will have to stay there or go to 6.0.1

yes, the fone was jb on 5.0.1 iOS version but I don't know if the SHSH was saved or not ? how do I find it out?

Just download tiny umbrella then save the SHSH ?

If your device is not currently jailbroken, you can use TinyUmbrella to try to retrieve them from Cydia. First, under the "Advanced" tab, check the box labeled "Request SHSH from Cydia", then click the button labeled "Save SHSH." Then uncheck that box, and click the "Save SHSH" button again. You will now have any blobs available for your device cached locally.
