I wanted to remove the jailbreak and restore the phone from a backup.
I chose to erase all content, and it's stuck on a black screen with the cycling thing spinning in the center for a long time now.
    What should I do?
    Thanks!

    Nevermind, all is well.

You can't just do a reset/erase from the settings menu on a jailbroken phone. You'll need to do a full iOS restore from an ipsw now. Fetch your shsh blobs from cydia using TinyUmbrella, and then stitch an ipsw together using redsn0w. Put phone into pwned DFU mode (redsn0w will assist) and then restore using the stitched ipsw.
