Hi, i'm using an iPhone 4 with 5.1.1.
I'm using boss iOS and a bunch of other things like fakeclock up and a homescreen layout customizing app that i cant remember the name of which allows you to move your apps anywhere in a 5x5 grid.
my phone ran out of battery overnight and this morning i plugged it into my computer to charge, and now my apps still have the custom boss icons, but everything else returned the default non jailbroken theme. my cydia/jailbreak apps dont open, and things like SBsettings and fakeclockup dont exist in the iphone settings menu anymore.
what happened and what do i do?

Try a hard reboot, hold both power and home buttons down together till it reboots.
