Default Windows doesn't see iPhone 4s
Bought a new iPhone 4s and jailbroke it. It's 5.1.1

iTunes sees the phone, but if I open up My Computer, the phone doesn't show up. I have Windows 7 64-bit pro. I've looked on google and none of the articles i've read helped. Downloaded the latest iTunes, reinstalled and still nothing. I uninstalled the phone through device manager and reinstalled, keeps saying "Device Driver was not successfully installed." error

Does this have to do with the latest jailbreak?

this has nothing to do with the jailbreak, it has to do with the device driver (software) that iTunes includes in the installation

have you tried looking at the suggestions here:
iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
