iphone 3gs currently on os 4.0.1 and bb 5.13.04 and jailbroken and unlocked FEW questio

hi all

im currently running a 3gs wiich is on os 4.0.1 and baseband 5.13.04.

i want upgrade to os 5.1.1 but i also need an unlock via ultrasnow or other unlock program (carrier unlock from network provider is not an option for me)

now dont get me wrong i can read and know what im doing with a pc but i find it so difficult to get answers from numerous websites, given so many different variables, for example on i clarified they have a nice wizard to help you pick the right jailbreak but it doesnt cover all the bases...

so can i restore to 5.1.1 which may change my bb and then jaillbreak and carrier unlock my 3gs

As Long as you perserve ya baseband and then. Update to 5.1.1 you will be good to use ultrasnow. You can use redsnow or snowbreeze to do that.

You must create a custom firmware with redsnow.

Sorry I have a 3GS bb 5.13.04 my firmware is 4.1. My iPhone is already jailbreak. How to update to 5.11.
