    Hi,

    I know there is already an sticky thread about how to use tinyumbrella, but i ant to kno f i understood eberything right.

    1.first i need to open toiny umbrella and save SHSH
    Upgrade jailbroken 4.3.3 ipod to 5.1.1-tynyumbrella.jpg

    This means i got the SHSH right?

    2.download 5.1.1 firmware

    3. click on start TSS server

    4. open itunes-->click shift + restore and choose the firmware.

    5. it should upgrade to 5.1.1

    did i miss something? thanks!

    The TSS server does not work for firmware 5.0 or higher. You have no need to use it anyway for updating to 5.1.1 as that is the latest firmware. Just close tiny umbrella and try again.
    If you need to preserve your baseband (if you are an unlocker) use redsnow or snowbreeze to make a custom 5.1.1.

    I, i already tried using itunes only but when its upgradin it gives me the 3194 error. it is supossed to appear when you are not using the last itunes version but i'm.

    Open tiny umbrella, click advanced. Deselect box that says "set hosts to cydia on exit". Click apply, close tiny umbrella, try restore in iTunes again.
