NCSettings 1.2.1 Not Respring

Hello, yesterday i updated NCSettings from 1.1.1 to 1.2.1
and now when i try to pushing on toggle respring is not doing nothing...
i want to know if is bug only in my device or is it a in general?

try double click toggle respring... i tested

same problem, double touch does not work.

no respring.
