Default Can I restore my iPhone 4 on 5.0.1 with 5.0.1 keep? (and JB afterwards)?
    Hey guys,

I'm having a diffucult time with my iPhone going into safe mood every.. well a few times a day.. I was already planning on restoring to clean (and JB afterwards) but now i'm for sure.

Though the only thing that has blocked me for doing this was the next thing.
I read that you cannot restore to 5.0.1 because Apple does not signed the firmware..

So whatsup now.. Can I restore on 5.0.1 or.. restore to 5.1 and downgrade to 5.0.1?
I need an untethered jailbreak, so aslong 5.1 untethered is not available, I want to go back to 5.0.1.
Edit: SEMI TETHERED 5.1 IS ALSO OK

I'm not in need of ultrasnow.. or any unlock thing.. Neither had problems with SHSH before as far as I know. I'm having SHSH, according to Cydia, of all firmwares between 4.0 and 5.1, including 5.01 & 5.1.

Please give me tips, advice or guidings.

    Thanks in advance!

You can...download rednsnow go to extras and select fetch. Then select stitch and stitch the shsh blobs to an 5.0.1 ipsw and restore.
If my post was good, click the button in my post

New to jailbreaking? Have a look at my Redsn0w Guide

Yes I do, I have the version which was released for the 5.0.1. untethered jailbreak.
As I've read I needed SHSH blobs.. I have (as far as i know) no files of this, but Cydia shows me I have shsh for all firmwares between 4.0 & 5.1)
