iphone messages not restore after upgrade

Hi Friends,

I have successfully upgraded my iphone 3gs from 4.2.1 to 5.0.1 but while restoring backup it only restoring contacts.

I check with some online tool my sms are there in backup 3d0d7e5fb2ce288813306e4d4636395e047a3d28 file. How do i restore them back on my iphone.
any idea
