Siri issue with 4S jailbreak

Awhile after Jailbreaking my phone, I started having an issue where occasionally when I push the Home button, Siri will pop up even though Home wasn't held down. It is becoming annoying as it will often disrupt the music that is playing. Any ideas what could be causing this?

i am having also this problem. I thought i was the only one having this problem. Let me know if you find a fix for this problem.

If you restore your phone (and remove JB) does it still do that?

Or do you have that lift to activate feature enabled.. it could be caused by the movement and how the sensor is taking in light.... if its enabled.. try disabling it..
