Cydia "Cannot Comply"

Hi every, I just started having an issue with cydia. When i try to download something from the cydia store, instead of the download screen appearing, i get a "cannot comply" screen that tells me "The requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed". I Was just wondering if there was an easy fix to this, as i don't want to restore my phone just to rejailbreak it. I am running iOS 5.0.1 on the iPhone 4s.

There can be a lot of causes for this, more description needed to help ya, what package are you trying to install and what's the message under the error screen (it should have one)
