JB'd 4S, Installed MyWi, reboots in Safe Mode, Cydia cannot uninstall
Tried to be as descriptive in the title as possible.
I Jailbroke my 4S yesterday. Installed MyWi (No Rock) and have been rebooting into safe mode ever since.
When I go into Cydia to Remove MyWi, it get the following error:
Running Debian Packager
(Reading database... 9567 files and directories
currently installed.)
Removing com.pf.mywinorock ...
[b]Removing MyWi (No Rock0
subprocess pre-removal script returned error exit
status 133
Sub-process/usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
What can I do? I'd RATHER not have to re-jailbreak, obviously, but if that's what I have to do, so be it.
Thanks in advance! Hope y'all can help!

Get ifunbox and search 'mywi'
Delete every thing it finds, then you should be able to remove in cyfia

THANK YOU for the Reply.
I searched Cydia for "ifunbox" "ifun" and "funbox".
No results. Do I need to add a certain source first? Or get it somewhere else?

Found it on Google. Downloading now.Last edited by THExREALxTACO; 01-22-2012 at 02:39 PM.

That is the problem with cracked / pirated apps, will always put you into safe mode and nothing works. Go purchase from cydia and you definitely need a restore to fix this problem .

Downloaded, installed. Clicked on my phone, but the "Search" option is unavailable (when I click in the search bar, nothing happens, and I cannot type anything into it).
Can you advise further?
Do you mean restore from iTunes and re-jailbreak?
That is not a big deal if so, as I just jailbroke last night so it's not like I have a lot of work into my tweaks. But I'd RATHER not if I don't HAVE to.
Thanks for your help. Lesson learned on the cracked apps.
