**urgent help required please

so i thought id upgrade to ios5 from 4 on my 3gs. Followed the instructions to a T from iClarified. I didnt want to change the baseband on my3gs because i use ultrasn0w. followed the instructions to keep it and it changed the firmware adding NO_BB to it i proceeded to update with itunes when i got an error (10)while it was veryfing the update. I tried it a couple more times same thing then on the 4th time my pc said the iphone has no more memory on it its full now its just stuck ona black screen. need help please as i dont have any other phone to use.

Did you throw the phone in pwned DFU mode using redsn0w?
