I would downgrade to 4.1 and jailbreak with redsnow 0.9.6 b6 and this is the best for 3G iphone.

apps like all apps if i try to use app store,call time,mail, cydia apps, safari like most off app after open then crash

I know 100% redsnow works at 4.1 , why don't you restore to custom firmware created by snowbreeze 2.1 or PT 4.1.3

i use PT 4.1.3 CM IPSW restore after still crash
