Default After installing iOS 5 - stuck

I installed iOS 5 on my iphone 4 w/ a premade ipsw and for some reason once itunes says its ready and it should reboot it gets stuck with the apple logo and a loading bar underneath. I tried installing the jailbreak and i get this error when that white text starts to pop on the screen "ERROR AppleBCMWLANCore: : HandleIOKi.t BusywatchdogTimeout(): Error, no successful firmware download after 60000 ms!! Giving up.."

Should I restore it again? I got blobs saved for every fw except 5.0 just in case.

Just restore again to the CFW. Make sure the iPhone is in DFU mode.

Custom ipsw use DFU mode to get into "pWned" DFU mode with sn0wbreeze or redsn0w. U need pWned DFU mode, not just DFU mode. I'd enter pWned DFU, open iTunes & shift/restore then select the custom iOS 5.0.1 ipsw & restore. U don't need ibooty, 5.0.1 is untethered. Use latest redsn0w 0.9.10b3, create a custom 5.0.1 firmware, use redsn0w "extras" to enter pWned DFU, restore selecting the custom ipsw u just cooked & re jb with redsn0w 0.9.10b3.
