Can Apple see that i jailbroke?
I got an iPod for Christmas(4th gen, touch). I jailbroke before knowing it will basically waste your warranty. But when i did all i did was install it.Run cydia once, then i figured out it was voiding warranty and i restored to factory. I am now running ios with no jailbreak. If i like break it or something after getting the warranty and i send it back do they still know if i jailbroke?

If you restored and selected set up as new iphone Apple wont know.

The only way apple will know u JB'd is on iPhone 3GS updating to iPad bb to use ultrasn0w carrier unlock. Or if u damaged ur iPod & went for warranty with it still JB'd. If u restore before warranty service, it removes all evidence it was ever JB'd.
