upgrading to 5.1 witout changing baseband!!

hi. i have iphone 4 on 4.3.5, and i badly want to upgrade to 5.1 for Untethered jailbreak..
but my phone is not factory unlocked, that's why i am using Gavey Sim.. which is good for my current baseband 4.10.1 on 4.3.5, and im not sure if the same old gavey sim will work for new base band or firmware 5.1??

so i was askin if i can upgrade my iphone 4 to 5.1 without changing my baseband??

It's 5.0.1 .. Download redsn0w 0.9.10b3 . Make a cfw . Put phone in pwned dfu and restore. :-)
