sms.db Backup Issues
I just restored and used the latest 5.0.1 jailbreak, restored my SMS.db that was from 4.0+ to save my text messages. This has worked for me in the past after I upgraded my iPhone's firmware, but now I'm having issues.
Sometimes they don't show up at all, and when they do, the messages are split/divided by sent and received SMSs. I only see one or the other at a time.
Has anyone seen this or is there a solution? I'd like to avoid starting my SMS inbox again since I like to see the conversations before my update to 5.0.1.

Hmm... That is a tough dilemma. Would you try to resend each conversation to solve this problem?

same for me
I'm seeing the same issue . only barely works sometimes with iMessage on.
with iMessage off SMS just crashes on send.I don't drink kool-Aid, I don't join cults.
This is why I break out in cold sweat going to Apple retail store.
