Odd iTunes Restore From Backup Loop

I just upgraded my iPhone 4 from 4.2.1 to 5.0.1 (d/l'ed firmware, created custom firmware to preserve baseband, put in dfu mode and restored). The process went smoothly and I then restored from my backup



Which also went fine, my phone is completely operational, but for some reason iTunes still has the screen shown above when the device is connected. I tried clicking restore again, but it just lead me back to where I started. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem before? All the similar situations I found through searching had problems with their phones as well (stuck at boot logo, restore bar frozen, etc.), and the solutions provided for the weren't really relevant to my problem. Sorry if I'm missing something, and thank you for any input.

Did you install any cydia app after jail breaking by any chance? Did you use redsnow b3 and use latest iTunes? Tell me a lil more if u can.
