Default Aptbackup removed all my app store apps now I got 2.2gb in "other" folder?

First thing I DL'd was aptbackup, it took a while then came back with all Cydia apps but no app store apps... I then had 2.2gb in my "other" folder and had to re syncs my apps from iTunes... Any ideas how to get rid of the "other" folder stuff I heard it could be app archives or w.e.

Use iFlie or an ssh program to navigate through your filesystem and look for duplicated apps. It sounds to me like you have the same issue I went through recently where all my apps just disappeared from the springboard. I had to resync them all then go through system folders with iFile and delete the duplicated apps. As for the location of the apps, I cannot remember sorry

    iFile - Cydia
    Winscp - windows pc
    Cyberduck - Mac osx
