iPad 2 on 4.3.3, Need to Restore, Still want to Jailbreak

I have an NEW iPad 2 on 4.3.3
I have no SHSH blogs for any firmware versions.

I need to wipe the iPad clean but need to stay on 4.3.3 so I can use jailbreakme.com to jailbreak the iPad

What should I do?

If its new, why do you need to wipe it out? Just go ahead and jailbreak it using jailbreakme.com

There is nothing you can do to keep the jailbreak. U will have to loose the jb if u want to WIPE it.

It's no longer possible to SIMPLY restore an iDevice anymore. Apple no longer signs old SHSH's regardless if you have blobs saved through tinyumbrella.

Do I have to restore(meaning I have to go to 5.0.1, lose JB)?
