Default iPod Touch 4G stuck in SWOD

I was trying out some packages on Cydia, and que'ed a package so I could install it while uninstalling another thing. It finished and then went to a black screen with the loading circle in the middle. But for some reason, the loading circle icon keeps pausing and then spinning for a second then pausing for about 5 seconds and so on. I tried hard rebooting, and the apple logo showed up. The screen got brighter as to signal it was done booting and about to go to the unlock screen (because I have a passcode), but instead, it went back to the black screen with the loader in the middle. My computer and even iTunes recognizes it, but iTunes can't start the sync. Also, the iPod keeps making the sound it makes when plugged into a usb every time the loader pauses and starts again. I tried deleting the cydia package using iPhoneBrowser, then did a hard reboot, and still does the same thing. I put it into recovery, and eventually I got iTunes to detect it in recovery mode. Then when I went to restore it, it gave me an error 2002, and on second attempt it gave error 1604, saying it couldn't restore it. Any help?

    Things I've tried:
    Delete Siri0us
    Delete Winterboard
    Temporarily delete Watchdog
    Delete SBSettings
    Replace N45AP.plst
    Restore from restore mode - error 1604, 1601, 1600, 21, 2002
Restore from DFU - same errors
Delete restore.ipsw file in AppData to download a fresh one for restore
Uncheck "Set Hosts to Cydia on Exit" in TinyUmbrella
Remove any apple.com stuff in the hosts file in windows>system32>drivers>etc
Delete Activator (I reset its settings in my iPod before respringing to a SWOD)

I'm not sure what you mean by checking host files in windows. And I don't SSH, I use a tethered iDevice browser which automatically backs up stuff. I put it in restore mode and now I'm trying to restore with a fresh restore file that's downloading right now. iTunes is already up to date.

Edit: Now I got an error 21.

Does anyone have any other suggestion besides the thing I've listed? And please don't give a general response like the guy above me did, I'm not a noob at jailbreaking.
