Can I downgrade iphone 4 ios 5.0.1?

no jailbreak intended just downgrade it? cause i dont like the ios 5.

Yes you can
First you need to download tiny umbrella and tinycfw And the 4.3.3 firmware
Note: you need your shsh blobs to be saved

Open up tinycfw and select your firmware 4.3.3 and create custom one no jailbreak nothing don't worry just updating ur BB
After that you have to open TinyUmbrella and hit Start TSS
Then open up iTunes and put your iPhone in DFU Mode
DFU mode (3 power 10 both keep pressing till your iTunes detect your iDevice )
DFU Mode is black screen
After that
press option + restore in mac
Or shift + restore in windows
point at the firmware you cooked before
And congrats you are done

Yes it is only 4.3.3
Or you can use snowbreez for windows or pwngtool for mac but it will jailbreak for you

tinycfw is saving the ipsw too long , what to do?

i mean it's been running like 5 mins now

Do you have shsh?
If yes do this.
Start tinyumbrella . Click save shsh. Check fetch from Cydia .
Then Start tss server.
Start iTunes.
Shift restore to stock 4.3.3
You will get error 1.
Download latest redsn0w. Click fix recovery.
Done.

Btw change the cable port u using. Change it to main port.

I've tried it before but it didn help.
btw how do you tell which one is the main port?

Edit: I closed itunes and reopened it and it worked (before that i did a reboot)
now i want to buck up my files but because i did a buck up from a new ios i can't sync those files with my phone since i downgraded , what can i do?

U can't restore a backup of higher firmware on lower firmware. And no it's not a jailbreak. Redsn0w was used to kick it out of recovery. Jailbreak won't hurt u though ;-)
