Do you need to use Tinyumbrella and iFaith?

I have not used iFaith yet so I'm not clear on the full functionality of it. If I use iFaith to save hash signatures does it also allow me to do the restore process or is that when I need to switch over to Tinyumbrella?

sorry for the delayed response.

This would be for my iPhone 4 and my iPad 2. I'm going to update both of them to 5.0.1 and then use iFaith. I then will take my iPhone 4 back to 4.x.x and re-jailbreak it until 5.0.1 jb releases.

As far as baseband,....I think that is for unlocking right? If so doesn't matter as I'm with AT&T

You cannot use ifaith to dump Aptickets blob for Ipad 2 .

You can use tiny umbrella to save it first in case there is a solution to use this blob for restore.
