Help for iPhone 3G; Ver 4.1; Baseband 06.15.00

Hi everyone,

I know that this might be answered 198494 times but then searching exact problem will be too difficult for me. Lately my iPhone has stared to function damn damn damn slow. Taken minute to open an app. Sometime apps just crashes.

I am thinking of re-jail-breaking it. Can someone suggest me good guide for the same specification. I have WiFi, Datacable and all.
