4.3.3 to 5.0.1

Ok i have a few questions i searched around and i am not getting the answers i was looking for.

(Dont Care about baseband) Im going to upgrade my 4.3.3 to 5.0.1 if in case i want to downgrade will i be able to? from 5.0.1 to 4.3.3(Blobs Saved) in the future?

Any specific instructions on how to downgrade from 5.0.1 to 4.3.3 would be appreciated.

i found this:

Do this: download ifaith 1.4
Dump your shsh and make a signed 4.3.3 ipsw with them.
Now update to 5.0.1
Again dump your shsh and make a signed 5.0.1 ipsw with the shsh.

if i do this will i be able to downgrade from 5.0.1 to 4.3.3 without problems?

Jailbroken (pawnage/mac) and unlocked via (ultrasnow 1.2.4)
ver: 4.3.3
mf:01.59.00
sh's backedup

I would like to upgrade to 5.0.1 whilst maintaining my unlock proposed (ultrasnow 1.2.5)

Any sugs on the path to getting their? Like can I just upgrade my firmware with out having to re jailbreak?
or am I going to go the path of upgrading to 5.0.1 then re jailbreak and then unlock. Also, I would like to end up
"UN-Tethered" If this is at all possible.

The only option of not jailbreak and also being unlocked is if you get a GEVEY sim. Make sure you preserve you baseband with sn0wbreeze.

I should have mentioned I want to end up/ stay jailbroken.

1) download install the following:
1a) sn0wbreeze
1b) redsn0w
1c) Apple IPSW
2) Make backup in iTunes
3) use sn0wbreeze to create a custom IPSW using the apple IPSW you downloaded.
4) Put phone into pwned DFU mode when sn0wbreeze prompts you.
5) SHIFT+Restore in iTunes. (You will need to redirect signature check through host file or a program called Tiny Umbrella)
6) Jailbreak using redsn0w (be advised this is a tethered jailbreak)
