iPhone 4 - Unlocked AT&T - Jailbreak

Hi

I will receive my iPhone 4 - Unlocked from Apple soon mostly on 5.01. Excited about it!

Was just wondering and wanted to ask this question. Is it possible to Jailbreak my device on the unlocked version of the iPhone and if so then will I lose my unlock.

Yea you just need to get redsn0w 0.9.9b9 if im correct and download ios 5.0.1 for iphone 4 and your set to go

ok, i have the same problem. i bought an Unlocked AT&T iPhone 4s and can you guys tell me how to jailbreak it because i used the RedSn0w 0.9.9b9 it wouldn't work. Help me, please!!!!

You can't jailbreak the iPhone 4S that's why..

Oh & if it's unlocked, it's not from AT&T then. AT&T don't sell unlocked iPhone 4S. Apple does.

Oh & don't jailbreak your iPhone 4S. It can mess it up.

That was an error. It's unlocked from Apple. I guess you got what I was mentioning though. So it looks like it is possible to jailbreak the unlocked iPhone 4 without any issues. And if there are any issues I will be able to restore back, without losing my unlock! Right @xhazex9x & @R.Mortera ?

Yea you wont lose ur unlock regardless of how many times u jb and restore

Check your phone's model number. The iPhone 4s cannot be Jailbroken at this time and I don’t believe Apple is selling the unlocked iPhone 4.
If it is a 4S you will have to wait.

Factory unlocked iphones are safe from ever losing their unlock. Don't worry op!
