Using redsn0w and VMWare Stuck waiting to reboot

I'm attempting to jailbreak a IPhone 4 to 5.01 on a windows system running OSx through a VMWare workstation. Once the phone goes into DFU mode and redsn0w goes through a couple of processes, it stops at waiting to reboot. Something it's doing causes the virtual machine to lose contact with the phone brief enough for it to drop it as a phone. It ends up showing the device as an apple usb device and won't finish the process.

Any tips??? Solutions??? would be greatly appreciated.

Find a windows pc...

Just plain jane windows pc...7,vista, xp

Probably not enough RAM for the Virtual Machine to stay open. Why not just use the Windows version of RedSn0w? Should fix problem. Don't worry, it is virus-free
