    Default Upgrading?

    I want to upgrade it to the newest Untehered jailbreak but don't know if I'll lose all my stuff.
    Will it?
    I have an 8gb 2G iPod Touch
    Running on version 3.12
    Jailbroken with geohot's RC3
    Tips would be nice

    A restore to 4.2.1 will wipe out your jailbreak and all contents
