Currently semi-tethered on iOS 5.0

Hi, I've been hearing so many different things lately I figured here might be the best place for a definitive answer. I'm already JB on 5.0. When untethered comes out what do I do? I was told to use ifaith but I'm on a Mac and was told it was pc only

I am also on a semi tethered 5.0.1 jailbreak. I did save my custom ipsw on 5.0 and 5.0.1 using ifaith. Do we have to restore and re-jailbreak as untethered or over the semi-tethered?

Always best to do a fresh restore before a jailbreak.
