Need Help Jailbreaking iPhone 4 4.0.2

I have an iPhone 4 ATT on the stock 4.0.2 with 1.59.00. My ultimate goal is to unlock it with UltraSn0w, but I cant seem to get the jailbreak working. I have tried Limera1n, but it goes through its screen and leaves my phone unjailbroken. I have also tried various versions of redsn0w, and keep getting error messages. What can I do? Can anyone give me a specific guide?

I have tried Limera1n many times as well. I go through the process, the green drop shows on my phone with the spinning bars, says its jailbroken, but when I turn it back on there is no icon. What could I be doing wrong?

Which exact version of Redsn0w should I use? Which firmware should I point it to?
