Apple's NEW terms and conditions

Hi All,
I want to update some of my apps, However I notice that before I can, Apple wants me to accept their new terms and conditions, IF I accept these new terms will it undo my (Jailbreak?) Version 3.1.3 (7E18)--- Moderm firmware 05.12.01.
I have a 3gs.

No it won't as long as you don't upgrade ya phone you will be fine.

Hi, thank you for the advice, HOWEVER! Since I did that When I try to download other apps where it says 'Free' ie; the app is free there is a small 'x' in the top left hand corner of 'Free' and the app will NOT download.
Any suggestions? As mentioned I have a 3gs with 3.1.3 and do not know how to upgrade. My local phone shop can upgrade to whatever firmware I want, BUT I have no idea which one is the best.
Any suggestions? I also believe that I WILL loose ALL my current apps and music, any suggestions how I can keep them?
