iPhone stuck in DFU

Hey, I had an old thread but the search system is screwed up so I cant bump it.

I have an iPhone that I cannot get out of DFU. I have tried numerous times to reflash using both apple provided and modified ipsws for both 4.2.1 and 4.3.5.

When I jailbreak the phone to bump it out of DFU it reboots back into DFU.

All of my actions so far have attempted to preserve the unlockable baseband. It would be great if this could be protected from update.

Any help at this point is appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Unless you have 4.2.1 or 4.3.5 blobs saved to verify your restore, restoring to these firmwares without blob ends up in DFU mode.
