"No Service" when semitether booted on JB and unlocked iPhone 4, BB 1.59.00,

I have an iPhone 4 which is on iOS 5 and baseband 1.59.00. It has been jailbroken using redsn0w and unlocked using ultrasn0w. As expected, i have to boot tethered for everything to work fine. I am using Tmobile SIM card with the phone.

Now i have installed Semitether on this so that i can boot the phone to basic functionality (incase a computer is not available). The problem i am facing is that after i reboot the iPhone (without using computer), i get a "No Service", but if i shut off the phone and restart using tethered boot (Just boot in redsn0w), i start getting the Tmobile network.

What seems to be the issue and how to ensure that i get network when i boot using semitether.

Ultrasn0w requires you to be booted in a Jailbroken state, ultrasn0w is not signed apple code so it won't run otherwise.
