i have a iphone 4. on 4.1 unlocked and jb -

my friend has a iphone 4 on new ios unlocked and jb

however i cant add him and he cant add me

when we both goto add friend it shows request sent but neither of us get it in gamecenter - so we cant add each other

didnt know if their if a fix in cydia or something - or if anyone else is having this issue
