Crashing Apps

WOW, it's been a LONG time since I've posted here at MMi! I hope this is the best place to post this...

Anyways, I'm having some trouble with my untethered, jailbroken iPT4, running iOS 4.3.3. Recently, I updated some of my app store apps. This was probably a foolish thing to do, since some of those app updates were tailored for ios5, and I'm still on ios4. Not surprisingly, those updated apps just crash, since I don't have the proper firmware. (Needless to say, I'm not updating any more apps, until ios5 has an untethered JB :P). But recently, I've noticed that ALL my app store apps (NOT stock/cydia apps) are crashing, including ones that haven't had updates for ios5 yet! I've verified that some of the apps I have haven't been updated to ios5 by looking at the app's info.plist with iFile.

What could be causing the problem, and how do I fix it? Should I restore and rejailbeak a 4.3.3 fimware (I have a SHSH blob)?

Interesting...if u didn't add a new Cydia app or tweak then I would restore and redo if u have blobs...
