[Help!] Jailbroken 5.0.1 iTouch won't reset? Stuck on loading screen!

I have a jailbroken 5.0.1 iPod 4G. I wanted to reset it via the option on the device and not iTunes because somehow I accidently deleted Cydia. I tried rejailbreaking and Cydia didn't show up. So I go to reset the iPod and it seems to be taking a long time. It was in the process of reformatting, but it seems to be stuck on the loading screen? (Black screen with loading circle) I tether boot it up again and nothing was even removed. -_- Help needed.

Well, did anyways. Finally restored it and got it working. After hours of trying to get iTunes to allow it to restore it worked lmao. About time -_- Reason why I shouldn't?

Because when you restore a jailbroken device it can be a headace to boot it up like you had already.
