I have a Verizon iphone 4 running 4.2.6 jailbroken with greenpoison. Works great. Considering tethered until untethered comes out. Ive heard you have to be connected with every "reboot". Does that include "respring" and "restarting springboard"?
Why all the freakout on tethered if you can still respring?
Thanks,
What do you have to reboot for. Is having a tethered jailbreak that much of a hassle. I literally only have it for mywi, tlert, sbs, folder enhancer, my3g, infinidock, gridlock, file and iconoclasm. I don't use winterboard or theme anymore-it slows down the phone too much. Why does everyone freak out about tethered if phones don't need "rebooting" often?
Some ppl mess with Cydia and install tweaks away from the computer and some tweaks need a reboot to use them. So as long as you stay away from Cydia ya should be fine.
Yeah I found most of the stuff even in cydia it only asked me to restart springboard. Can I tether from my 4.2.6 and then do an untether when that comes out? Any recommendations on what tether I should do. I have an iMac. Thanks for the help
