If you are trying to unlock at 5.0.1, you can't.

No I'm not trying to unlock.. I have a contract with at&t. But when I jailbroke on 5.0.1, I get no service now. Do I just have to restore and try rejailbreaking?

And also, is there a way for me to go back down to 5.0?

Actually guys, I was able to rejailbreak and it worked this time! I'm thinking about posting a guide for this because I can't seem to find any based around my exact specifications. I know there has to be others searching for it. Thanks again iYeow!
