Is there any hope for me?

So I bought a really cheap iPhone 3Gs 8GB, and I was looking to unlock it for T-Mobile.

I updated to 5.0.1 firmware, then used redsn0w to jailbreak and add the iPad baseband (bad idea..).

When it went to the main screen, it didn't show up all the IMEI, bluetooth and stuff. I researched online and found out I have to restore, so when I restored with the 5.0.1, I keep getting the error -1 and I can't seem to fix it.



I really want to fix this today, will anybody please help me?

If you are able to get to the settings can you tell me the modem firmware? Settings>general>about

Well there ya go bricked iPhone. At least you can use it for parts. Personally I would buy another 3GS with a broken lcd cheap and swap lcds.

Hmm..

I'm updating using sn0wbreeze to 5.0.1 after I heard you can unlock on 5.0.1..

If it does not show up WiFi or anything, what should I do? I know for a fact it's not bricked.

EDIT - It keeps crashing after "Uploading first stage".
