Thanks for stopping by. Does anyone know how to logoff the appstore that has the wrong apple ID? I got an old ID there and created a new one of my email address however I cant figure out how to logoff on my touch!!

Yeah go to settings > store > tap on the email address > sign out > tap sign in > create an account or log in.

Yeah did that but for whatever reason when I attempt to go into the appstore on my touch its still showing an old Id with no way of logging it off....Thoughts?

Okay make sure no accounts are logged in the settings > store.
Once checked, go to apple store & scroll all the way down till you see Sign in.

Weird....I just did as you said however whenever I try and upgrade the apps that need to be updated according to the appstore it still shows the old ID. This is weird

& hmm that's weird, okay now this is when iTunes comes along. Make sure no accounts are logged in the for apple store. Go plug your device to iTunes & sync. Download the apps you want to download & it'll ask you to login (in iTunes window). Once done sync, & your account email address should be automatically in there (iTouch).

When I check settings, my correct apple ID shows. But when I do an "update apps", the wrong apple ID shows up, with only the password box available for input. What to do? I guess I can delete them all and then redownload them under the correct ID
