Restoring from jailbreak question

Just a quick question for you guys.
I have an iphone 4 with ios 5 on it not 5.0.1. I wanna try the teathered jb on but have a question.
If i were to jailbreak this and find i dont like using the teathered jb is it possible to restore back to ios 5 even though they are not signing it anymore or would i be stuck restoring to 5.0.1?

You would have to go to 5.0.1 if you wouldnt like it. But you will love it no need to worry about anything. Just remember tethered if ya phone restarts ya need to boot it tethered.

Still tempted but might hold out a little longer with all this "dont upgrade to 5.0.1 if you want unteathered" talk

Ya that's why I'm waiting I had a tethered jailbreak for about 3 months and never had an issue. I just hate to have a what if ya know.
